Instructions use array command in AutoCAD to draw basic gears

The first thing that we need to draw one circle (O;500) such as shown below.
Then we will create two thumbnails, use offset in 25, out 25, or you can draw a circle (O1;475) và (O2;525) (as long as there is looks like under).
From the point on the circle, we draw the line connecting the two circles.
we draw horizontal lines so that it is perpendicular to the vertical line above, here’s length 50, Next we draw two pink vertical lines, cutting edge of outer circle.
We use the rotate command (ro) turned 2 corner, looking to fit, here taking 12º.
We use the command Trim cut the excess 2 sides and intersected with 2 diagonal as shown below.
Then, we use the command Pe to form solid lines pink.
We will use the command array (Ar) to rotate so that the pink line.
It will appear the following table, We select Polar Array, Select Total number of items : 28 (depending on the requirements that selects).
We choose the center point of the circle rotation center, choose rotate objects.
After press Accept.
We will delete the excess and keep the gears.
The objects are discrete, we will use the command Join (j) creating a unified object.
The results as shown below, Also quite nice.
